  • National Bank of Belgium;
  • Belgian Monitor;
  • other public registers or authorized partners.

The data is provided for informational purposes.

6. Absence of advice

Info Company does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.

The information available in the application cannot be considered a recommendation or an automated professional decision.

The user remains solely responsible for the use they make of the information consulted.

7. Accuracy of information

Info Company makes reasonable efforts to present accurate and up-to-date data.

However, errors, omissions, delays in updates, or inconsistencies may exist.

The user is encouraged to verify the information with official sources before making any important decisions.

8. Authorized use

No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.

11. License to Use

Info Company grants the user a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application.

This license is strictly limited to normal use of the service.

12. User Account

Info Company may suspend or delete an account in the event of:

  • the use of the application is also subject to the applicable terms of the App Store.

The applicable version is the one available in the application or on the website at the time of use.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

21. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to find an amicable solution.

Failing that, only the competent Belgian courts will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
